My BMR is 1349 (this is the number of calories my body burns in a day if it remains in a rested state. It does not account for calories used in physical activity)
Back to the body fat of 42.9. The norm is 26-34. I am 12.9 pounds away from my ideal body fat. So yeah, I need to lose fat.
