| | I went to boot camp this morning instead of running with the running club. I thought it would be nice and warm at the 10:30 boot camp rather than the 20 degrees at 7:15. Ha! I didn't know boot camp was outside. I was shocked and cold as I went in shorts. It didn't take long to warm up though. The New Year started off right for this couponer - I got a free water aluminum water bottle and a coupon for a $65 hair cut. That made me super happy that I went to boot camp. My husband decided to run today - this is his first time running since March. He did very well on his splits, but I was secretly happy that I run at the same pace he does! |

| | 3 miles on the treadmill at the gym. Running on the treadmill is not my favorite. I just can't run as fast on the treadmill as I do when I am not in the gym. It took me 32 minutes to run 3 miles. |

| | p90x Core synergistics - oh my! My muscles are weak and I definitely need to do some strength training! I also went to get my physiograph today. 132 lbs --> 42.9 lbs of that is fat, 42.9 lbs of that is muscle, 28.1 lbs of that is fluid My body fat percentage is 32.5
My BMR is 1349 (this is the number of calories my body burns in a day if it remains in a rested state. It does not account for calories used in physical activity)
Back to the body fat of 42.9. The norm is 26-34. I am 12.9 pounds away from my ideal body fat. So yeah, I need to lose fat.

| | After a terrific shopping trip at Kroger I took the girls to the gym and ran on the treadmill. I ran 5 miles in 48 minutes - and didn't accidentally push the "stop" button in the middle! I kept my pace at 6.6 for quite a while and a guy came up and ran on the treadmill next to me at the same pace. It always feels good to run as fast as a guy! |
