4.5 miles on the treadmill in 43:50. Every day I find a new reason to detest the treadmill. Today's reason - I keep hitting my tummy on the bar. It sounds ridiculous and I feel dumb doing it, but I keep running so close to the handles that I bump it. I was watching the tv up on the wall over my head today and I practically rolled off the treadmill. I was so not impressed with myself today. ;-) |
