I just recently ran a 5k and got FIRST PLACE in my age division!  I got a medal!  Mind you, I was the only person in my age category but hey, I still have a medal.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a half marathon in 2010!

Personal:

I love couponing, my two adorable girls , my husband, and my awesome running friend Nicole.  Probably in that order. :-)

The 9's felt fast - really fast!  By about 5.5 my right knee was twinging so I slowed down and ran by myself back to the Y

You are running so much and running so fast! Make sure and do tons of glute / side thigh exercises!
