I just recently ran a 5k and got FIRST PLACE in my age division! I got a medal! Mind you, I was the only person in my age category but hey, I still have a medal.

Run a half marathon in 2010!
Personal:
I love couponing, my two adorable girls , my husband, and my awesome running friend Nicole. Probably in that order. :-)
10 minutes on the eliptical and 2 miles on the treadmill (in 18:45). My knee hurt, but I did some good stretching! The half marathon is 50-something days away and my longest run has been 4. I am scared. Very scared!
